Bravo! Keep it up! Sometimes with a little perseverance, you get results. What you really need at the beginning of this journey is to desensitize the prostate. @fred27 Thanks for the kind words. A "minor" correction though. It was NOT a hands free WO unfortunately. I wasn't that good yet! Well I started my journey about 10 months ago with a Helix Syn V and then purchased a Vice 2 six months ago. I have been trying relentlessly to rewire and have the elusive P-Gasm. Today it finally happened, and it was fucking amazing. I started with my Helix to warm up. The second setting on medium vibrations is my go to. @fred27 So it's like the outer ring of the anus comes into my awareness automatically throughout the day and fairly frequently. When I maybe taking a relaxing breath or feel pleasant about something or just experiencing anything that's a little out of ordinary, it could trigger a subtle pulsating. Then with time, I could have a heaviness sensation down there (which is not all that pleasant), reminding me of a full prostate maybe, but in reality I just came a day or two ago. I'm keeping the prostate play in the rate of 1-2 times a week, averaging every 4-5 days maybe. Now, I just had another Aless yesterday, which was the best I've ever had (counting both Aneros and Aless sessions!) that ended with a super intense wet-O. Today, things seem pretty calm. The buzz happens less frequently and more subtle. I am thinking maybe it's just my body is new to this kind of stimulations and eventually it could get desensitized somewhat, which is a prospect I dread but then realize that it's probably "necessary". I'll keep you posted as things progress.

@seanyea does the constant buzz you’re referring to continue after you’ve had an orgasm? How often do you have sessions? May be something other than your prostate. Aless is not harmful and is simply your body craving some attention to your prostate and/or anus. Can you describe this buzzing in more detail? Where is it centered and does it vary in intensity?

I assumed that there were more people who would considered they'd been "rewired". Why do I not hear from them? The reason I'm asking is that deep down I'm a little concerned about this constant buzz, like if this is something that suggests there's something wrong with my prostate or the lower digestive system, or does this buzz and/or more often Aless could have negative impact to my health long term. @Fred27 and whoever out there have similar experience, please continue to share.

Just a quick update. Days of this blissful buzzing just led to an amazon A-less. I didn't plan for it. While I was taking a mid day nap, relaxing and enjoying the subtle buzz, the A-less started.
