Just had a pretty good session. I was really trying to take the “do nothing” approach, focusing my attention only on breathing and the sensations in the lower belly. I also had very low expectations, prepared to take whatever would come my way without frustrations. While the deep breathing relaxed me and moved the Aneros subtly which was a nice feeling, nothing really happened after an hour or so, but just as I was going to call it a day, the contraction started. It was a moderate non aggressive move as I was still trying to keep it soft and relaxed down there. The contraction soon stopped and became a probe. It felt like it really penetrated into me deep and gradually filled me up in girth as well. It’s a sensation I can’t describe by words like pleasure, but it’s new and exciting so I embraced it. For the next half hour or so, the probe and light contractions took turns and varied in ways. At times I felt as if I was viciously edged, but as I was determined to let it take me where I’d be taken so I just kept wide open (pun intended) to it… I’m obviously still on the journey, and I’m not even this is some sort of milestone or not, but I am in no rush and look forward to what’s coming next!

I’ve always been curious about anal play and would use toys to enhance wet orgasm. Came across Aneros and the idea of a super O, dry orgasms and the like maybe 5 years ago.

I’ve built up quite a collection -

Eupho syn

MGX Syb

Helix syn v

vice 2

Program

Aneros Psy

i enjoy them all at different times and maybe have had pleasure waves along the way but something happened this weekend that felt pretty close to what maybe a Super O - i had a weekend to myself and didn’t plan it but basically did 3 hours last night and, on and off, almost 12 hours today and in the last 2-3 hours I had these waves over and over of feeling like I was approaching and then beyond the point of no return - kind of- of a normal orgasm I was shaking and making sounds and saying things I didn’t even know were in me. I added a Playboy Seeker to the mix but just kept going from one to another (usually when a battery died).

It’s been an hour or so since then and I’m still getting these beautiful aftershocks and my prostrate and rectum still seem to be reacting like these things in there

i have not known pleasure like it and it feels like such a unique experience it can’t really be described in the words I have. It was like there was pleasure everywhere and also nowhere. It was like I could stop it at any moment but was also completely powerless. I was in the experience, commentating the experience and watching it

i noticed some things - there are choices along the way to lean in or pull away - to follow what your body wants or what your head wants. I made some movements and got into positions that I had no idea I could do and certainly didn’t think of them myself. For a lot of it just the slightest movement brought a waterfall of sensation.

And like I have read, it was kind of a spiritual experience.

I kind of pushed out a regular orgasm at the end and it was powerful but I didn’t need it, I kind of wish I hadn’t done it.

interestingly no porn, no music, a little thc, lights off. I got an erection once but had no interest in my penis at all which is a first.

celebrating!! And hoping now that my body knows what it is, it won’t take a day to get there every time!

@seanyea One of the challenges among many with this journey is that there are many approaches that work for different people. There is for sure no one size fits all approach that is guaranteed to get results hence lots of posts from folks trying for long periods with no results. As you've surely heard on here - you're trying to unlock something that is totally new and in many ways not just different but totally opposite what you have experienced with traditional orgasms.

So the "effort" issue for example. It is not unheard of to go harder and faster when aroused to the build up and ejaculation finish. Initially at least harder and faster with the prostate is often counter productive as it can mask the underlying sensations you're trying to unlock. Hence the "do nothing" approach can work - as you've experience just breathing deeply in your lower abdomen will move the toy some. I never had much success with that initially but I DID note how little movement it took, with patience, to start noticing feelings that with time build on each other. I always struggled with being relaxed, making very subtle movements then when I started feeling things going faster and harder and poof they went away - for me at least you can't just apply hard work to get you there.

I would also emphasize the journey aspect and there is no rush (although we all want to get to some positive results) and each session is different - headspace, how much time you have, how tired are you and what time of day is it, how is your body feeling that moment, etc... all impact results for that session. Everyone has sessions that are so so, or maybe never get off the ground at all, and you pack up and try again later. I have sort of plateaued and was having a hard time finding new paths and sensations - I've gotten pretty good at generating p waves and orgasms with and without toys consistently and fairly efficiently - super O's are a little less easily obtained but I had developed a pretty solid formula for me at least. The "problem" with that such as it is, is that it had become slightly routine... so I've been working to add different elements in to keep it interesting and exciting. As mentioned the perineal stimulation for me has been fun and different and since it's external is doesn't seem to have the same numbing impact internal toys particularly vibrating ones (to the original question) .

Sometimes I have Super Os from vibrating toys. When I do it is ONLY with the Aneros HSV and ESV models. Low power only. If it is too strong the vibration feels good but kind of numbs my prostate. I rely on very small, simple little movements to trigger my hands-free Os and also hands-free Super Os. But 9/10 times I have Super Os with toys that do not vibrate. I keep the HSV and ESV models in my arsenal during some sessions (all my sessions involve at least 5 toys including at least a glass wand to milk my prostate and one realistic dildo to ride) and when I do use the vibrating toys I save them for about midway through my session, after I've already had several Os. However, if I start with either HSV or ESV I have Os immediately when the lowest power setting is turned on.

Hope this helps!

Hey, I have been lurking here for years but rarely post. I picked up a lot of advice over the years and am currently able to have p-orgasms on demand when using aneros. I always want to give back but it's hard to describe. In these days of AI I have been able to get feedback on my "process" that validates (to whatever non-scientific extent) the feelings and muscles involved. I recently got this summary of my journey, it might help someone so here you go.

Note: this contradicts lot of advice, obviously this is very personal, everyone's journey is different. This is a good overview of mine.

The "Tug of War" Evolution

Phase 1: Tug of War (The Beginner)

Concept: Push the toy in with the anal sphincter, pull it out with the PC muscle.

Result: Mechanical friction, mild stimulation. Good for learning anatomy, bad for deep states.

This is in the aneros wiki -

Phase 2: Core Activation (The Intermediate)

Concept: Engaging the deep core (transverse abdominis, diaphragm) to create intra-abdominal pressure.

The Confusion: People call this "bearing down" because the sensation feels like a push.

The Reality: It's not a Valsalva maneuver (pushing against a closed glottis). It's a stabilization brace. You are creating a rigid cylinder around the pelvic floor to amplify the force of the PC contraction.

Phase 3: Decoupled Propulsion

Concept: You isolate the Bulbospongiosus (BS) and PC contraction inside that braced core.

The Mechanism:

Core: Acts as a static, high-pressure chamber (like a hydraulic press).

PC/BS: Acts as the piston inside the chamber.

Result: The force is directed inward toward the prostate and upward along the spine, rather than outward (ejaculation) or downward (bearing down).

Why "Bearing Down" is a Misclassification

When people say "bear down," they imply:

Relaxing the anal sphincter.

Pushing the diaphragm down.

Result: Opens the "exit valve" (urethra/rectum), triggering the emission reflex.

What you are actually doing:

Bracing the Core: Tightening the transverse abdominis (like preparing for a punch).

Isolating the PC: Firing the BS/PC against that brace.

Result: The pressure has nowhere to go but into the prostate and up the neural pathways. This creates the "body shaking" because the force is contained and amplified, not released.

The "Ghost Muscle" Connection

This explains the "ghost muscle" feeling perfectly.

When you "bear down" (wrong way), you feel the whole pelvis move.

When you "brace and isolate" (your way), you feel a high-frequency vibration or deep thump that feels internal and disconnected from the surface muscles.

- the ghost muscle btw is the contraction or tensing of the PC muscle without the Bulbospongiosus. This is really hard to isolate but i got there through this process. It feels like a "ghost", ie is it really doing anything. With an aneros in place the answer is YES - that contraction leads to p-orgasm every time.

@hesnot Of course, I am very new to Aneros and have only recently learned the terms like p-wave and super-O. I myself would feel it'd almost be "too easy" if with 2 and half sessions I've already "got it". I did feel certain unfamiliar sensations and knew there was potential in this. While I don't think these sensations are "wrong" ones, I know they were not the intense additive feelings some of the posters described, and certainly didn't qualify for "euphoric".

Just had a chat with Gemini about my experience. It suggests that I give up the overly done muscle flexes, and take the "do nothing" approach. By "do nothing", it really means nothing other than maybe some "whisper squeeze" of the PC muscle, and by "whisper" it pretty means the natural tendency of the muscle with deep breathing. My way of flexing the muscles with the purpose of tiring them out was rejected as the right way leading to the kind of pleasure in store. I know AI sometimes tends to over emphasize one side of the story, and that's why I'm coming back to check with real people who can feel real things! Does this sound like good advice?
